ingredients

1cup butter, softened
3/4cup granulated sugar
3/4cup packed brown sugar
2teaspoons vanilla
2eggs
2 1/4cups all-purpose flour
1teaspoon baking soda
1/4teaspoon salt
4cups Cascadian Farm® organic maple brown sugar granola
3/4cup raisins
3/4cup chopped pecans

preparation directions

1.Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed until light and fluffy. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt until well mixed.
2.Stir in granola, raisins and pecans. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
3.Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): For shiny pans, bake 11 to 13 minutes; for dark or nonstick pans, bake 9 to 11 minutes.
