| 1. | Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed until light and fluffy. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt until well mixed. |
| 2. | Stir in granola, raisins and pecans. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. |
| 3. | Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. |
| For shiny pans, bake 11 to 13 minutes; for dark or nonstick pans, bake 9 to 11 minutes. |
