1 cup Cascadian Farm® organic Oats & Honey Granola
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds or pepitas
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup toasted coconut
2 tablespoons flaxseed
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. On a large sheet tray add the almonds and pepitas. Place into the oven and roast at 350° F for 12 minutes. Remove and cool. Lower the oven to 300° F.
3. Add dry ingredients to the sheet tray of roasted nuts, add in the spice blend and toss well to combine and fully coat. Roast your trail mix for 8 additional minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
