Fruit and Granola Chia Pudding

Try this chia pudding recipe for a simple and fresh breakfast or snack option.
- 2 cups dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup chia seed
- 1 cup Cascadian Farm™ Organic Oats & Honey Granola
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Real maple syrup or honey, if desired
Step 1In medium glass bowl or 1-quart glass jar, mix yogurt and chia seed with whisk. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to thicken.
Step 2Before serving, stir yogurt mixture. Divide mixture into 4 individual serving bowls. Top each with granola, blueberries and raspberries. Drizzle with maple syrup for added sweetness.
