1 lb. uncooked rotini pasta

1 bag (10oz) Cascadian Farm organic frozen broccoli florets, cooked as directed on bag

1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen organic tomato basil pasta sauce

Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired

  1. Fill a 4-quart saucepan two-thirds full of water; add salt as desired. Heat to boiling. Add pasta, and cook as directed on package. Drain; do not rinse. Set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, place cooked broccoli and pasta sauce in food processor. Cover; process until smooth and broccoli has completely been incorporated into sauce. Place pasta back into saucepan, and add desired amount of sauce; heat to simmering. Top with Parmesan cheese.
