This twist on mac and cheese will be a favorite for kids and adults alike. Even better, it comes together super quick for a great weeknight dinner solution.

1 bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm™ organic frozen sweet peas, cooked as directed on bag 
3 tablespoons butter 
2 cloves garlic 
10 oz uncooked elbow macaroni (2 1/2 cups) 
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 

1.     Microwave peas as directed on bag. Place half of the peas in food processor. 
2.     Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, melt butter; add garlic. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant. Cook macaroni in salted water as directed on package. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the macaroni water. Do not rinse. Set aside. 
3.     In food processor, place garlic and reserved macaroni water. Add half of the Parmesan cheese. Cover; process until smooth. Pour back into skillet. Add cooked macaroni to skillet; top with remaining half of peas and remaining Parmesan cheese.
