Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowls

The classic combination of bananas and peanut butter combine in these creamy smoothie bowls topped with organic dark chocolate almond granola!

Ingredient List

Smoothies

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain dairy free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Cascadian Farm™ Organic Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. In blender, add yogurt, frozen banana slices, and peanut butter. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, stopping blender to push down mixture or scrape sides as needed.
  2. Divide into two serving bowls and add your toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
