These raspberry crumble bars have just the right amount of granola and sneak onto your breakfast plate. They’re tangy, sweet, and melt in your mouth delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups Cascadian Farm™ Organic Oats & Honey Granola
- 1 cup raspberry preserves (approximately 1, 13 oz jar)
Preparation

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 8-inch square pan. -
Step 2
In large bowl, beat egg white, butter, sugar and vanilla with whisk until creamy. -
Step 3
Mix in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in granola. -
Step 4
Press about two-thirds of the dough in bottom of pan. Spread preserves over dough to within a 1/4 inch of edges. Crumble remaining one-third of dough on top of the fruit. -
Step 5
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. -
Step 6
Cut into bars and enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
