Cinnamon Raisin Granola Toast
This extra easy toast makes a great post-workout bite, breakfast on the go, or quick dinner. The creamy yogurt paired with the cinnamon raisin crunch makes a satisfying snack any time of the day.
- 4 slices bread of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (can sub dairy free yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Cascadian™ Farm Organic Cinnamon Raisin Granola
Step 1Toast bread as desired; spread each slice with 2 tablespoons yogurt.
Step 2Drizzle with honey; top with blueberries and granola.
